Interactive Metronome

The Interactive Metronome® is a computer-based programme that works on the brain by targeting timing, rhythmicity, and synchronicity thereby increasing the speed and coordination of informational signals within the brain. A patented audio or audio and visual guidance system provides immediate feedback measured in milliseconds and a score is provided. This allows the participant to adjust their responses on a moment-by-moment basis. The Interactive Metronome® is beneficial for all ages.

Through rythmic, synchronised repetitive movements, the Interactive Metronome® helps improve:

  • Attention
  • Memory
  • Sequencing
  • Co-ordination and motor skills
  • Balance
  • Endurance
  • Reading
  • Working speed
